I've worked with tutoring kids and teenagers over the years, I help build their confidence in themselves as it seems to be the bigger problem. Once the confidence is built, they are open to learning more about the subject they're struggling in. I can help them improve their language, grammar and performance in the needed subject and help them tackle the issues they're facing.
As a qualified teacher, with over 10 years' experience across the primary phase, I have been able to support children make accelerated progress in their maths, reading and writing.

During the first lesson, I assess your child's needs through activities and discussion with yourself and your child. I tailor lessons to the child's needs and to reflect their interests, I like to include games and practical activities whenever possible. I continually assess progress to determine the next steps in their learning.
