Championing new talent has been key to RAaW's mission statement and it continues to pride itself on producing current and vibrant film and theatre and comprehensive yet affordable training bringing out individual creativity. Training is extremely accessible whilst not compromising on quality, with tuition for a year coming at under $2000. Previous students, to name a few, include BAFTA award winning actor Jack Rowan, best known for his role on “Peaky Blinders,” Jasmyn Banks, best known for her role on “Eastenders,” Sophia La Porta, best known for her role on “Four Weddings and a Funeral,” Dani Mosely, best known for her role on “Dreaming Whilst Blank,” Louis Krommenhoek, best known for his role on “Doctors,” and Rina Diamond, best known for her role on “ www.*** ;
Training can be supported by RAaW Management - RAaW’s boutique acting agency - led by Kandice Morris, who has, for over 10 years, nurtured young people in readiness for the industry. RAaW Management only takes clients who have been trained at RAaW, ensuring they have the skills necessary to succeed in the professional acting world. Less than 25 actors at a time are represented by the boutique agency. Due to the small and select number of people represented by RAaW, each actor is given the care and specific attention required for their careers to flourish.

RAaW’s theatre arm produces timely and original straight plays. Every story RAaW writes about, ranging from human trafficking to problems in the Middle East, to racial and homophobic discrimination, are based on real people in their specific communities. RAaW Theatre also takes pride in creating comedy with sketches ranging from the ridiculous and sublime to household humour. This mix of honest and gripping drama, as well as goofy and thought-provoking comedy, leads to not only amazing productions to watch but also amazingly well-rounded actors. London Theatre has reviewed RAaW’s plays with five out of five stars, describing the “agonising humanity” seen in the actors and commending how it “brings the audience into the heart of the www.*** ; The Review Chap gave a RAaW production four stars, praising the “decidedly filmic, multi-dimensional quality” of RAaW theatre, while Theatre Weekly also gave RAaW four stars for the “powerful and emotive exploration of wishful thinking fully charged – like all good tragedies – with cathartic potential” in a RAaW play.
In addition to theatre, RAaW produces original short films and showreels. As mentioned previously, RAaW is unique within London for shooting their short films and reels as feature films would be shot. Every detail is carefully arranged when shooting films at RAaW and each actor walks away with a sense of doing something truly professional. The company's mission is to create commercially driven yet issue led independent short and feature films. All of them can be seen on RAaW’s YouTube channel, along with theatre trailers and behind-the-scene looks into how RAaW functions.

RAaW also produces topical, thought provoking and confronting pieces of work with a humanitarian bias. This leads into activism and charity projects, such as the Haven for the Homeless campaign which led to fundraising to help homeless people into better circumstances. By tackling the stigma surrounding homelessness through both their artistic projects and humanitarian endeavours, RAaW is helping champion in a new generation of artists and young people dedicated to helping make the world a better place.
