Project (helping with exams, personal projects www.*** ) Planned (following a specific program to learn main sewing techniques) Guiding you through the whole process of sewing with industrial machinery and/or by hand, I will introduce you to the realisation of something of your interest! The following program is a guideline for you to get comfortable with the subject and eventually explore it further, choosing an area of your preference to focus the most on. The program includes: FABRIC COMPONENTS/HOW TO THREAD THE SEWING MACHINE SEAMS FINISHINGS/HEMS Faced Neckline and Faced Back opening Body and Bust SHIRT COLLAR SHIRT SLEEVE PLACKET AND CUFF Basic Skirt Waistband ZIPS POCKETS / garment of your choice! You will build a folder with all the different stitches on Calico Fabric, which will record all your progresses and give you the possibility to go back and check them out whenever you need. You will know the most common and used techniques from the French seam to the Pin Hem. I will guide you towards the making of a shirt Collar, different types of Pockets, basic Skirt (with waistband), basic Shirt's Sleeve and Zips. Starting from ZERO, you will develop the most common sewing techniques!

As a qualified teacher and having worked within mainstream and selective schools for over 10 years, I founded T. during my Maternity leave in 2018.
Approval with the exam board, NCFE - means that qualifications can be gained in house.
Tuition has moved from small workshop based groups to online provisions where work and portfolios can be completed from home.
Guidance and support is provided online and written feedback is given by myself.
I currently have in the region of 600 students from around the country, enroled on 10 courses:
