Physical Science Tutor, Teacher, Instructor
I have more that 20 years of experience in teaching science, research and modelling/programming.
I have a BSc in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc from Imperial College London and PhD degree from Heidelberg University. I have lived, worked and taught in five different countries in Europe and the Americas and speak five languages as well. I have taught in English, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese or German,
I am passionate about teaching, learning and exploring the world around me :) I live in Islington, London and I am happy to travel in Central London or provide online lessons.

I come from an engineering background. I have had a varied work life starting in electronics repairs after graduating in Industrial Electronics in Malta. I than moved to the oil industry in Aberdeen and abroad where apart electronic work, I became a hydraulics specialist. During most of my working life I had the opportunity to tutor and advice many apprentices and graduates in my field. In most cases this involved going back to basic physics and maths in order to explain complex engineering systems.
Apart from work, physics and maths have always been my preferred subjects and today I continue to study and learn as much as possible in my spare time.

Physical Science Tutor, Teacher
I have been associated with teaching and research for more than 7 years. During my teaching career, I taught various courses at the undergraduate level to Diploma in Engineering and www.*** students and setup and designed new experiments and theory papers at the UG level. Moreover, I have been actively involved in experimental condensed matter physics research that includes investigating and perfecting the properties of oxide materials for device applications.
My PhD research topic is the first step in a long-term applied research project that examines the reproduction story through applied research. To investigate why and how magnetic impurity insertion affects nonmagnetic materials, my future research plans include a study of the continuity of nanomaterials with various structures and morphologies, as well as organic-inorganic hybrid composite materials for future photovoltaic www.*** my ongoing and future research projects will contribute to increasing the use of nanomaterials in numerous applications, i. e. engineering, energy, environment, and health.
My experiences in teaching courses including "Fundamentals of Physics," "Modern Physics," "Fundamentals of Nanotechnology," and "Applied Physics" have further prepared me to teach a wide range of courses from an interdisciplinary perspective.
