I am a qualified Mathematics teacher in my early 30s, with 6 years classroom experience, teaching up to and including Higher Tier GCSE. Whilst no longer a full time classroom teacher having left to pursue other opportunities, I maintain ongoing experience in the classroom and in one-to-one and small group tutoring. I have a continuing desire to share my enjoyment of Mathematics, and to inspire and assist students and adult learners alike in their learning of the subject. My tutoring style is friendly, engaging, and enjoyable. I aim to tailor my tutoring to the individual, drawing on years of experience in the classroom to address weaknesses and misconceptions through targeted, insightful questioning to help tutees develop their knowledge and understanding. I can offer one-to-one and small group tutoring in person or online. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like any further information or to discuss your tutoring requirements. |
