Throughout my tutoring journey, my commitment has always been geared towards fostering not just comprehension but also a deep-rooted appreciation for science.
I firmly believe in a student-centric approach, tailoring my teaching methodologies to match the unique learning styles and needs of each individual. This approach has consistently led to remarkable academic progress and success among my students, reflected in their improved grades and a genuine enthusiasm for science.
My journey as a tutor has been driven by a passion for ensuring the success of my students. I prefer to build strong, personal relationships with students, because I believe personal relationship is foundation to student success. The more associated the student feels, the more teacher earns respect and consideration, the key ingredients for students to learn well. I teach to the student's strength that helps me to minimize the student weaknesses. I always listen and communicate early and often with parents, that helps me to map a better plan for success. I always believe that, the better lesson planning by tutor leads to student success. I always plan my every session keeping these 6 points in my mind. 1. Outline learning objectives 2. Develop the introduction 3. Plan the specific learning activities (the main body of the lesson) 4. Plan to check for understanding 5. Develop a conclusion 6. Create a practical timeline I have got Engineering degree qualification, which makes me the most appropriate tutor for mathematics subject. I have studied as well trained the simplest mathematics as well as complex one. So, I know the subject's concepts, ideas and problems inside out. I can discuss and introduce the rigor of real-life applications. I can make learning relevant to students' interests, thus create more students who actually care about what they are learning. I am very much aware of National Curriculum of UK and know about the key stages and the assessments, the student would go through after completing each key stage. I always prefer to discuss child's progress with his/her parents by the end of each assessment. That would assist me to meet the expectations of parents.

I have been a part-time tutor for four years. My personality and qualities fit complementary to tutoring, developing others’ potential by sharing mine. I have assisted and tutored young students from simple intervention sessions (helping young children develop their English & Maths skills) and GCSE & A-Level students towards exams and entrance exams, bringing success into the study community.
MECHANICAL & AEROSPACE Engineering support For University students is also available"
I specialise in working with students on a 1-on-1 basis, easing and tackling individual areas of difficulty at their appropriate pace – something that can be difficult to receive in the standard school environment. My teaching approach is adaptive upon students’ own learning attitude, thus, presenting resources in various ways. It is focused on fostering a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of a topic, before applying that knowledge to solving questionnaires. I also specially aid with exam preparation to share my own unique methods of working and exam techniques/tips. Ultimately, I aim to develop one’s self-esteem and perseverance to fulfil their own aspirations.
I have taught a wide age group from 5 to 24, which my past tutor sessions were based on creativity of my hobbies such as art, which always worked absolutely well since when I was a GCSE student.
I have many experiences working with children, especially with spending my work experience as an assistant in a primary school class, I was able to interact and deal with various situations to keep the children calm, focused and motivated. As a school tutor, I utilised my organisational skills to collect resources and investigated various methods of teaching to find the most efficient way to deliver difficult contents, suiting the students’ own learning attitude appropriately. I evolved my communication competency whilst discovering the students’ difficulty and preferred revision methods, also.
I am someone who has academically succeeded highly through UK national curriculum. I have passion towards mathematics thus, I have participated and have been awarded many times for UKMT, and moreover, for Chemistry and Physics Olympiad challenges as Gold and Bronze respectively. I held responsibility as a School Ambassador and School tutoring, volunteered to be a Reader Leader who helps those who struggle reading and understanding the story with success. I aid in writing model answers for GCSE & A-Level exam questions as well. Not only am I self-disciplined and persevered but I enjoy hobbies that are based on creativity: DIY craft and art, piano, dancing, sport, ballet, balancing my work and leisure. I am also fluent in English and relatively fluent in Korean with a basic level of French language. My experiences in life, living in various different countries allowed me to interact and adapt into many different societies, overcoming many barriers. Hence, I am very approachable and developed lots of life skills.
Not only have I built responsibilities and punctuality and polished my competencies. For those who I mentor have developed their own self-esteem, confidence and perseverance to fulfil their own aspirations.

Currently a teacher of Science in Leicester of 5 years. Have been tutoring for 2 years with excellent results with experience in ks3/ks4 combined and triple science.
My approach with tutoring transcends the idea of just teaching what they need to know but how you answer particular questions. An approach that is not routinely taught in schools and one that has improved and pushed my students to achieving excellent results.
My numerous CPDs on the current specification gives me a huge advantage when teaching and tutoring to my students.

A fully qualified science teacher (PGCE & QTS Biology, Chemistry and Physics). Very experienced with a caring approach. A vast knowledge of teaching students with an extremely wide range of needs. My work largely involves preparing students for exams that are not on mainstream school for medical reasons. I have been teaching secondary students for 20 years in colleges both mainstream and in the independent sector. I graduated from Loughborough University in 2000 after completing a Bachelor of Science, and Post Graduate degree in Science Education. I have a website with reviews and pictures to show the work that I do. Particularly skilled in coaching and mentoring. I work for Leicestershire County Council. I build trust and confidence, which in turn allows young people to develop and obtain the results that they deserve. I provide examination notes specifically to support different exam boards (AQA, OCR, Edexcel etc). I have been delivering practical investigations for many many years and help young people to analyse these practicals which are now a significant component of the exam board specification.

Hi! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Manchester with a first class masters degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics. I enjoy maths and physics academically, as well as helping others learn more about both! I believe that education should be accessible to everyone, and strive to ensure you get more than your money's worth with me.
I offer tutoring online across the UK, as well as in-person in the Harborne area of Birmingham. Online tutoring sessions can be recorded for you to refer back to for revision, and can be conducted through Zoom, Skype, or Discord.
As someone who recently went through the education system, I understand the importance of learning resources and practice questions. Because of this I offer resources to my students to both learn from and practice with at no extra cost. I believe a healthy discussion about topics helps us to understand where the pitfalls in our understanding are, and how we can go about fixing them.
I believe in putting the student first, and so I make myself available at all times to my students if they need guidance between sessions, or to request topics for the next session. I can also offer exam technique guidance, as well as marking past papers and providing feedback.
Ultimately, I listen to my tutees and encourage them to ask questions about anything!
