I Have just completed my NPQSL (National professional qualification for senior leaders) and hope to make the step to assistant head in the very near future. I am a young enthusiastic tutor who just completed the IB Diploma Programme earning top grades in Maths, Chemistry, Music and Biology going into a Medicine Degree next year.
At GCSE I achieved straight grade 9s, therefore I feel that I am well equipped to teach some selected subjects at GCSE as well as the fact that I have studied multiple of these subjects at IB Level too.
I am a keen musician who plays the piano, guitar and bassoon, all completed at a Grade 8 level and my passion for this is something I love to spread to others.
I have worked in fitness and health coaching for over 20 years and have multiple qualifications and hand-on experience of working with clients [please see attached CV]. I started out in secondary school PE with my teaching qualification in 2003 before gaining a PhD examining childrens fitness and physical activity. I started working in Higher Education in 2010 lecturing undergarduates and postgraduates in multiple physical education, physical activity and sports disciplines.
