Hello and welcome to Mr S. Maths!
I teach solely GCSE Maths. I've been teaching and tutoring Maths now for 10 years!
I own Mr S. Maths and I have a unique way I love to teach and tutor. Here's how it works
Step #1] Pre lesson videos. I record prelesson videos the prepare the students for the lesson. This is to get them up to the standard of our live lesson
Step #2] Weekly live lessons. I teach weekly live classes. I have lessons for foundation, for higher (grades 567) and for higher (grades 789). Each class focuses on a topic of the week going over as many exam questions as we can fit in!
Step #3] Weekly test. You will attempt a 10 mark test following the lesson.
Step #4] You will watch the video walkthrough of the test. This will allow you to mark and correct any mistakes
Step #5] You will log your scores to your personal log (that I provide) and this will now become your revision guide!

I am a university trained Maths teacher, who has worked in many local Derby schools. I am currently working at Derby College teaching A-level and Core Maths 3 days a week. I have tutored several GCSE students, who have achieved a passing grade. I am available for lessons throughout the day on a Wednesday and Friday during term time. Tutoring online would be best for me, but I am able to travel up to 5 miles if this is not possible.

Hi. My name is Sean O. and I am a fully qualified maths tutor and teacher with a master’s degree in mathematics and a PGCE from the University of Nottingham. I have a passion for Biology in particular, but am also skilled at Mathematics and Chemsitry; I achieved A*s in all of these at A level and have gone on to study a science-based degree at University. As mentioned above, I am a student at the University of Nottingham medical school. During medical school, I have developed a skill of being able to explain complex concepts in a way easier to understand, and I think this sets me apart from other tutors.
I am also a linguist, as I did both French and Mandarin Chinese for GCSE( achieveing level 9 in both)- I am able to tutor beginner level in these subjects.
