With my deep subject knowledge, years of education and commitment to staying current with educational advancements, I strive to approach and meet individual needs and empower each student to succeed academically.
I have previously studied under the AQA, EDEXCEL and OCR exam boards and therefore have a strong understanding of what they expect from students, including specific skills, knowledge and exam techniques required for success. This allows me to tailor my lessons to help students meet and exceed those expectations.
In the first lesson, we’ll start with a friendly assessment to get a clear picture of where you’re at. This isn’t a test to worry about it’s just a way for us to understand your strengths and pinpoint the areas that might need more focus. We’ll go over the results together, discuss any topics you’ve struggled with, and map out a personalized plan to guide your learning. Each session after that will build on what we discover, ensuring we cover everything you need to feel confident and improve steadily, with plenty of practice, support, and adjustments based on your progress.
I achieved 8 in GCSE maths, 9s in GCSE biology and chemistry and A*AA in Psychology, chemistry and biology A levels. I customize each session to meet individual learning styles, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment. I am a Bioanalytical Scientist with a Bachelor's degree in Human and Medical science and therefore have a very good understanding of Biology and Chemistry. Furthermore I have 6 months experience as a substitute teacher and a year's experience as a TEFL teacher. I have always enjoyed Sciences, English and Urdu language and feel they have always been my greatest academic skills. Due to my passion for the subjects and great understanding, I have been able to make them simpler and easier to understand for all my fellow peers ans siblings in the past. I hope to bring these skills and passion in use with my students as well. I am happy to help children of all levels from KS1 to A-levels who are struggling or need extra motivation. I am happy to modify the class as per student needs. Depending on student specification and weak topics I can plan lessons to suit individual style of learning by either providing extra supprt and material or by going over the topic again to make it simpler and easier to understand. Through my experience in labs I will use real life examples and videos, wherever possible to help my students with their curriculum. I can teach KS1 - A-levels for science and Urdu and will provide one to one support to each student to ensure a good experience and learning I am happy to provide tuition online or from my home.
