If you've made it to my profile, it's because you're looking at improving your language skills. Kudos because it's certainly not an easy thing to do.
I am a French native speaker, fluent in English and Spanish with 3 years of tutoring experience with adults as well as students who need help for their GCSE & A-Levels. Available for face-to-face in Derby or online!
My lessons are an hour long and whatever you're looking to achieve, I'll help you get there: whether it's a basic conversation for your holiday or whether you've discovered yourself a passion for a new language / culture, I can certainly assist you.
Although I believe in certain methodologies, I always prioritise what my students need: whether it's conversational French/Spanish, help with pronunciation, grammar, vocab or else. I always make sure to include the four areas of language-learning, that are reading, writing, listening and speaking. Most of the time, my students will want to prioritise one area over another: this is the perfect chance for me to reassess my students needs and take it from there. All my lessons and prepared and tailored in advance, so all you need to do is turn up with whatever you need to make notes. I also enjoy providing my students with homework when they want to, to keep the learning going whilst they're not with me.
