twtuition. I am a mum to three and have been teaching for 17 years. I am a native English speaker. I currently teach part time in a successful primary school. I have worked across the all the year groups. I have current experience in Year 6, teaching there for several years and achieved excellent results. I have a current and thorough knowledge of the curriculum and what is expected of children. My lessons are fun, engaging and clear. I adapt the style of my lesson, how I teach and the pace of my lessons according to the need of the child. I have high expectations but I enjoy helping children to reach their full potential. I have taugth a variety of ages, abilities and needs. I can make sure that I aid your child's learning so that they are confident and achieving well in class. I have recent experience of SATs prep, school entrance exams prep and 11+ exam prep. I have also had extensive training on writing and know what it takes for children to reach the Expected Standard. As I have worked across several year groups, I can support your child and teach them what they may find difficult in school. I can also give them a head start on topics, making their time at school easier. I can teach phonics, writing and reading to younger children as well.
