In the beautiful village of Aberporth in West Wales I run Cookery Workshops for Adults & Children. From ages 5 upwards, I run regular workshops based on sweet & savoury delights teaching the children a variety of skills. Weighing, mixing, measuring, etc. The Adults classes are Patisserie, Festive Bakes, Canapes,Chocolate, Savoury Bakes & Truffles. Sharing my skills and passion teaching regular classes to also suit everyone's individual skill set required. |
