In the beautiful village of Aberporth in West Wales I run Cookery Workshops for Adults & Children. From ages 5 upwards, I run regular workshops based on sweet & savoury delights teaching the children a variety of skills. Weighing, mixing, measuring, etc. The Adults classes are Patisserie, Festive Bakes, Canapes,Chocolate, Savoury Bakes & Truffles. Sharing my skills and passion teaching regular classes to also suit everyone's individual skill set required.
Bracknell Open Learning Centre provides courses in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as courses in digital safety, web design and social media. We offer a range of well-being and arts courses which include subjects like yoga, life coaching, healthy eating and cookery alongside practical courses like watercolour and collage. A range of work skills courses includes topics like health and safety, food safety and first aid courses.
As a qualified teacher and having worked within mainstream and selective schools for over 10 years, I founded Technology Triumphs during my Maternity leave in 2018.
Approval with the exam board, NCFE - means that qualifications can be gained in house.
Tuition has moved from small workshop based groups to online provisions where work and portfolios can be completed from home.
Guidance and support is provided online and termly written feedback is given by myself.

Beverley G. is a food writer, author and broadcaster. Beverley has appeared on various TV cookery shows, writes for numerous foodie and family magazines and founder of Beverley G. Cookery School and Splat Cooking Parties.
Beverley's philosophy is to encourage families to cook together, eat together and share together, that way food is family activity and everyone helps to create wholesome, delicious meals: eat, cook, share.
Beverley runs her cookery school from her 18th century water mill in the heart of the Chilterns, 35 minutes from Marylebone where she runs classes for adults and children. Beverley runs adult one-to-one classes and specialist AGA classes too.
I have got over 22 years industry experience in the Hospitality industry and over 6 years teaching experience specialising in GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition and L1/2 Hospitality and Catering. I have also worked as an NVQ assessor for hospitality apprenticeships. Also willing to offer cookery skills workshops or sessions for KS2 pupils.

I have experience in supporting teaching and leading classes across all year groups in the primary sector, including EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
I have previous experience lecturing Further Education students and am currently working in a Communication & Interaction Centre, supporting children with a range of additional needs steming from Autism, ADHD, Global Delay and Attachment Disorders.
