A highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Local Government manager with extensive experience in Teaching, Training, Finance, Business and Service Development, including twenty seven and a half years with the Kent County Council, which have involved eleven years within a Multi Agency Environment, and three spells within the KCC Education environment.
