German Guten Tag, I'm Anne from Germany and I'm studying a master's degree in International Relations and International Law at the University of Edinburgh. I am thrilled to assist you in improving your German skills in an environment that is entirely focused on your goals. With a range of activities from listening, learning vocabulary in interactive ways, and getting the chance to engage in conversation with a native speaker, your German will improve through practice and fun. I want to know what your ambitions are ... in which context would you like to speak German? Would you like to know more about German culture while increasing your language proficiency? Growing up trilingual, I learned the joys and fears that come with language learning. These lessons are about you and I am here to support you throughout. I offer up to two lessons weekly, each lasting 50 Minutes. I will prepare activities, speaking and listening sessions, as well as fun homework activities if desired. I am excited to meet you, bis dann!
History I graduated from an IB school in Germany with 42 points, scoring a 7 in Higher Level History. Currently, I'm a student of International Relations and International Law at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. My knowledge of history remains essential in my studies and deepens my understanding of how we function as humans in society, politics, and law. There is a profound relevance to studying history, and as such, it has always been my favorite subject. My approach to teaching is a patient and flexible one. My methods depend on what works well for you, whether you are a visual learner or prefer discussing and debating historical circumstances to solidify your understanding. The first lesson is aimed at grasping who you are, how you learn best, and what your goals are. I am excited to meet you. |
