My name is Amrutha Surendran currently a master's student at Edinburgh Napier University, studying MSc Drug Design and Biomedical Science. I have already done a Master's in Chemistry from India. Soon after my graduation, I joined for research as Project Assistant at CSIR-National Institute For Interdisciplinary Science And Technology, Trivandrum, India, in Pharmaceutical Crystal Engineering. Also, I worked in the field of Patents and Trademarks for nearly a year. All these experiences took me to my new path of exploring the field of pharmaceutics. I am passionate about teaching as my family including my grandmother, mother, aunty and sister are teachers. During my studies, I used to take tutions to my neighbours.
