My name is Tash and I'm passionate about making sure yoga is made accessible to everyone. I originally started practicing over 10 years ago after my doctor recommended I 'try yoga' to help with an inflammatory joint condition. Over the years I've found a practice that suits me, and want to share this knowledge with others who might not know where to start or who are looking to deepen their practice.
I am a 250H+ vinyasa teacher. In addition to my teacher training, I have completed advanced anatomy, injury management and yoga sequencing courses. I also hold an Advanced Science degree in vision science and specialise in working with clients who have sight loss.
We can work on:
> The basics of an in-studio yoga class
> Correcting posture
> Injury management
> Headstands
> Arm balancing
> Advanced backbends
Depending on what you'd like to work on, we will either move through a workshop-style approach or move through a flow, with lots of opportunity for adjustments and feedback.

I started practicing Yoga six years back. My practice has helped me become flexible, stronger and fearless in my mind and body both off and on the mat. Hello!
I have been working as a private math's tutor for the past five years! I love my work, & to work 1-1 with student's to help breaking down blocks to the subject. I love to tailor my lessons to each student's specific needs & eduacation background. I have taugh from ages 5-22, syllabus from EYES, KS1-GSCE, with great success; Both in person & online. (I'm based in Peckham in South East London)
I also work as a Children's (& adult's) Yoga teacher! I run group classes as well as work with Student's 1-1. I am currently working in school's and nurseries around South London, offering fun and interactive yoga classes as a part of their curriculum. Teaching body awareness, grounding, mindfullness, simple breath work & of course songs, games all wrapped into the Yoga practice.
I also have experience in childcare with ages 4-10. I have an enhanced DBS & my Safeguarding Level 1. I am 240Hr RYS, and Yoga Alliance insured. References and reviews are available on my website & upon request.

Senior teacher, Laurent R. has one goal: he is aiming to provide his students with tools like learning yoga poses mindfully, safely and efficiently using pranayama and breath work, offering clarity with meditation and relaxation techniques.
