Yoga Practitioner and Teacher by choice and passion. I am a qualified Yoga Alliance Teacher. I left my fruitful eighteen years career as HR Professional for my love for Yoga. I started practicing Yoga six years back. My practice has helped me become flexible, stronger and fearless in my mind and body both off and on the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I teach my students the art of being aware, discovering oneself and challenge oneself and do it all with fun and smile. Yoga to me is finding peace in body and mind and there is nothing called perfect poseer and Teacher by choice and passion. I am a qualified Yoga Alliance Teacher.
