Faeeza has over 10 years experience of teaching Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung along with Meditation, Stress Management and Relaxation.
She brings to her teaching a profound understanding of these ancient arts and the underlying wisdom. She has studied eastern philosophy and traditions and in particular the healing aspects of Chi Gong, having studied with the College of Chinese Medicine.
Having studied for over 5 years with Jason Chan and the Light Foundation, she learnt the Infinite style of tai chi, a flowing meditative tai chi referred to as movement in the light.
Having a Teaching Adults for Health Certificate from the City Lit which qualifies Faeeza to teach adult learners within adult education institutions. She bring to her teaching, insights and knowledge gained from many years of training in spiritual and personal development, from both Eastern and Western Traditions. She has been teaching at various centers in Chiswick, Ealing and Central London. In addition to teaching individual clients, at health clubs and undertaking corporate work helping employees learn techniques to relieve stress in the workplace. Her teaching integrates various stress management techniques utilising the wisdom and teachings of the ‘Infinite Arts’, with the intention to assist others on their path of self development and well being.

Senior teacher, Laurent R. has one goal: he is aiming to provide his students with tools like learning yoga poses mindfully, safely and efficiently using pranayama and breath work, offering clarity with meditation and relaxation techniques. He constantly encourages every of his student to look at and listen to their bodies’ needs and to subsequently become more in touch with themselves, strengths, weaknesses, their breathing and their minds.
Based on years of self-practice, studies and teaching in all sorts of conditions, places and with all kind of people, Laurent has cultivated a safe, welcoming and joyful approach to the art of teaching yoga mindfully. During his classes, you will hear often the words kindness, awareness, acceptance, breath, ground, ease, surrender etc.
Laurent has and continue to study deeply Hatha yoga in all its form and shapes anatomy, pranayama, meditation for a very long time and his depth of experience enables him to individually tailor his individual or group classes to suit his students’ abilities, minds and bodies.
This experience allows every student from all ages and backgrounds to safely rely on laurent’s guidance in the process of accepting themselves, recover, heal, improve their yoga practice or feel happier in their life. I have also been associated with Brahma kumaris (World Spiritual Organisation) for 7 years. Additionally, I recently authored my first book, "One Light and the Angelic World," which has further enhanced my knowledge and passion for sharing knowledge with others. I'm fluent in Spanish, ( my native language) French, and English and have spent many years teaching and studying languages. I completed a bachelor's degree in Spanish and English at Manchester/ALmeria University (2008) and studied Spanish and English Literature in school (GCSE and A-Level) so I know how daunting grammar can sometimes feel and how stressful language/literature exams can www.*** but also how great it feels when you finally start getting it!
On the language side of things, I can help you with your writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and exam technique. I can help you with conversational skills if you're just looking to go traveling or make Spanish/French friends.
On the literature side of things, a large part of my degree was literature-based, so I would be very happy to help any Literature students if you are struggling with the subject.
If you're in school and really want to get an A/A* (7/8/9), I can make sure you achieve your goal. Whatever your current grade, an A/ A*/7/8/9 is achievable. I have taught these exams for many years so I know how they work and how you can do well in them. We will work closely with the syllabus and go through some secrets of exam technique to make sure you get a top grade.
Alternatively, if you're wanting to learn languages for travel or business purposes (or just for fun!) we can tailor the lessons 100% to suit your needs. I also teach courses to adults from beginners to advanced and I always tailored to each student's need. I also teach English to foreigners to achieve the Cambridge Examinations ( A1 to C1).
I effectively deliver and plan online outstanding lessons and the feedback that I have received from parents, pupils, and adult learners have always been very stimulating. I strongly believe in the student centered-approach as always shown in my lesson plans. I believe that all students are individuals with very specific needs so differentiation has always been at the forefront of my teaching practice. I find it very important to address any students’ needs in order to get the best potential out of every single student. I am successful in establishing high expectations of behavior in the classroom whilst still developing positive relationships with my classes.
I love online teaching as well as face to face. I have been doing online experience for the last 5 years and I have helped most of my students to achieve an excellent language level. I use Google Meets, Google Classroom, or even Skype for online teaching. I generally send and post great, fun, and genuine resources so that the student can access them easily and successfully. There are so many fun online resources that I could provide you to enhance your language skills, especially in Speaking; what a great way to speak the language with a native speaker! You will also gain a broad cultural awareness and your fluency and pronunciation will speed up!

I can also give the online yoga class via zoom to you and your whole family! If you have children, you will be glad to know that I have trained to teach kids yoga and I have been organizing yoga workshops in primary and secondary schools.
