I currently hold the post of Director of Learning and Standards for Art and Design as well as Design and Food Technology at a large secondary school in Sandwell. I have guided students to achieve at examination level, partcularly pushing high level outcomes (grade 8's and 9's) for GCSE art and design courses as well as BTEC level 2 and 3 courses. I am a lead internal verifier for BTEC and have recently started training to become a standards verifier.
