I am currently a Medical student at Keele and a graduate from the University of Salford, achieving a 1st in my degree in Human Biology and Infectious Disease. Achieving the highest mark within my university. I was responsible for a programme known as GEMMS which is for supporting students in their medicine/dentistry applications, assisting them in interview technique and for the entrance exams.
I have mentored and tutored for 5+ years, helping students to achieve grade 9 in maths. I currently tutor Mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry for A-levels and below.
I am a fun person who particular loves his sports. Seeing the improvement and progress a child can make in a short amount of time is always the best feeling and I strive to help you achieve your goals and beyond. Sometimes having that 1 to 1 session can make all the difference in clearing up any worries about a topic.
I begin my classes by asking the student what they want to learn or discuss during the session. If they have a doubt in a concept, I will ask them to explain the same concept to me in their own words and correct them wherever necessary. I will provide some good methods to study or approach that topic. I will conclude the lesson by asking them if there is anything they would like to discuss in our next session so that I could prepare some questions in advance. I will also regularly be assessing your improvement through the use of practice papers to get an idea of where the student is at and how they can further improve. I strive to get the best out of my students.

Science Clinic Private Tutors was founded in 2010. Our vision was to help struggling children understand the concepts of the major subjects which are sought after by many colleges & universities. Our tutoring was mainly in the main subjects (Maths, all 3 Sciences & English Language) to exam students only. Because of the huge demand of tutoring in all year groups, we now teach students across the board from Primary (KS1 & KS2) through to GCSE, A-level and University. We were luck to have had colleagues we share the same vision with join us. Now we can teach all subjects from Primary through to GCSE, College /A-levels and Science & Maths at University level. All our teachers / tutors are graduates and qualified teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who understand the National Curriculum. Some of them are examiners at GCSE and A-level, which means they know the exam techniques students need to answer the exam questions properly and get better grades. Within the team, we have professionals with very high qualifications ie Masters Degrees (MSc / MA) and PhDs in various subjects. We can, therefore, be confident to say we are professionals who are dedicated to what we do with proven records in the UK’s most entrance and national exams. We are a tutoring organisation that is defined by its professionalism. Our aim is to provide a personal service. This makes us very different from most tutoring companies that just offer a platform for tutors and students to meet. We speak to clients so that we can match them with the most appropriate tutor for their needs. When this happens, the results can be remarkable & confidence grows. We personally know all our tutors and all have had DBS checks and their qualifications checked before we take them on. We are also a member of The Tutors’ Association (TTA) which was formed in 2013 to provide standards to the tutoring industry.

I am currently a medical student with five years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects, including Science, Biology, English Literature, English Language, essay writing, study skills, Anatomy & Physiology, and Medical School admissions. Throughout my own education, I developed a deep understanding of how challenging exams can be, which pushed me to find effective learning and revision strategies. This experience has shaped my approach to teaching, where I focus on tailoring my lessons to each student’s unique learning style.
I enjoy explaining complex topics in a visual and interactive way, using drawings, flowcharts, and mind maps to break down concepts. My priority is always to ensure a solid foundation of understanding before moving on to exam preparation. Once students are comfortable with the material, I introduce exam questions to help them apply their knowledge and boost their grades. Additionally, I have mentored many students through the medical school application process, providing guidance and strategies to help them succeed. I am always well-prepared for my sessions and committed to helping students achieve their goals.

I am accomplished and dedicated educator with a rich background in secondary school science education. With a passion for fostering a love of learning, I have established myself as a seasoned secondary school teacher specialising in biology, chemistry, and physics. Over the course of my career, I have contributed my expertise to four distinct schools, providing me with a diverse range of experiences and insights into the dynamic world of education.
My commitment extends beyond the traditional classroom setting, as I have also worked with adult and teenage learners and seeking support in science, helping them achieve their goals of obtaining a GCSE or pursuing vocational courses.

With a wealth of experience in both teaching and assessing, I am committed to empowering students at all levels to unlock their full potential in the fascinating realms of biology, chemistry, and physics. As an advocate for lifelong learning, I continue to inspire and support individuals on their educational journeys, leaving an indelible mark on the future generations of scientific minds.

I currently work in a secondary school in the West Midlands and have been teaching all 3 disciplines for many years. I am a very experienced teacher with an excellent record of pupil acheivement. I believe that any pupil can do well and make excellent progress if they are taught not only the correct knowledge and content for the exam board but also the skills needed to answer GCSE questions in the exam. I attend exam board hub meetings regularly and keep up to date with any changes and recommendations from previous examinations. This information is crucial to pass on to pupils so that they know what the exam questions are asking and how to create a response which will score maximum marks in their examination. I am very organised and enjoy planning creative activities which ensure maximum progress for pupils.
