About Gymnastics 

Gymnastics is a sport that focuses on and uses physical exercises which require a mix of strength, balance, agility, coordination and flexibility. Last but certainly not least, gymnasts tend to suffer from injuries less than other athletes. This is because they learn how to fall so they can avoid getting hurt. Through different techniques gymnasts train to absorb and redirect the energy from a fall to prevent injuries.

Are Gymnastics difficult?
