My focus is primarily on Functional Fitness, both in Classes and Personal Training. I focus on training the body to be strong and supple enough to complete every day activities like carrying our kids or groceries, reaching up to top shelves, lifting heavy boxes or simply climbing up stairs. I teach a lot of movements which mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient not only inside the gym but outside as well.

Concentrating on Light continuous kickboxing we develop Fitness, technique, ring craft, defence and tactics.
The Fitness classes rotate through different classes each week, from HIIT to Sqn Shuttles to www.*** ;
All non contact and all lots of fun, but challenging and rewarding classes with heaps of benefits.
Bags, Pads and Abs is a great way to start the weekend, an hour + of hitting the punch bags, focus pads and Thai pads in a challenging way and all in a fun environment.

I am a student of fitness health and nutrition at Abertay University and alongside this, I am a yoga instructor of 1+ years. I have followed in the way of yoga for a while starting every morning with my mantras and some mindfulness. I am a lover of a stress-free life (When possible) and would love to help others see how easy it can actually be to reduce daily pressure and deal with negative thoughts and worries. Alongside this, I am a level 3 Personal trainer and level 2 fitness instructor. I enjoy teaching fitness and training people to be better selves in body and mind as I believe to have one requires the training of the other. I enjoy going long walks, hiking up Monros, and have the challenge to complete all of them.
