I'm a Qigong and Taichi qigong Shibashi instructor of over 20 years experience. I also teach meditation and am a Relaxation therapist, experienced in helping clients deal with issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, anger and others.
I am one of a few taichi qigong instructors in the UK to be certificated by Professor Lin Hou Sheng, the originator of the system.
