I am currently a Medical student at Keele and a graduate from the University of Salford, achieving a 1st in my degree in Human Biology and Infectious Disease. Achieving the highest mark within my university. I was responsible for a programme known as GEMMS which is for supporting students in their medicine/dentistry applications, assisting them in interview technique and for the entrance exams.
I have mentored and tutored for 5+ years, helping students to achieve grade 9 in maths. I currently tutor Mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry for A-levels and below.
I am a fun person who particular loves his sports. Seeing the improvement and progress a child can make in a short amount of time is always the best feeling and I strive to help you achieve your goals and beyond. Sometimes having that 1 to 1 session can make all the difference in clearing up any worries about a topic.
I begin my classes by asking the student what they want to learn or discuss during the session. If they have a doubt in a concept, I will ask them to explain the same concept to me in their own words and correct them wherever necessary. I will provide some good methods to study or approach that topic. I will conclude the lesson by asking them if there is anything they would like to discuss in our next session so that I could prepare some questions in advance. I will also regularly be assessing your improvement through the use of practice papers to get an idea of where the student is at and how they can further improve. I strive to get the best out of my students.

Science Clinic Private Tutors was founded in 2010. Our vision was to help struggling children understand the concepts of the major subjects which are sought after by many colleges & universities. Our tutoring was mainly in the main subjects (Maths, all 3 Sciences & English Language) to exam students only. I am an experienced English teacher who has worked in secondary schools for the over 20 years. I am also an AQA Lead Moderator and and Adviser to more than 150 schools for English Language A Level. I have Advanced Diplomas (post degree) in Language and Literacy and in Child Development. English Language is my passion though, of course, I have taught GCSE Literature as part of my professional role in school and I love teaching the texts associated with the requirements of the course. I am happy to write specific schemes of work tailored for students' specific needs. I enjoy working with teenagers at both GCSE and A Level though my specialist Language knowledge is particularly relevant to A Level Language students. Increasingly, however, this in depth knowledge is relevant to GCSE English students. During the past year I have worked alongside students from years 7 - 13.
