Graduate Sports Therapist Bsc with clinical and sporting environment experience. Working background in youth football, with experience in the professional game also. Hands on and practical tutoring involving case scenarios and practical working examples.
5 Years of in field experience working in football, dealing with pitchside medical care, injury prehab/rehab & general education and instructing around health, wellness and performance.
Strong understanding of human biology, injury pathology and rehab protocols.
Ideal first hand 1-1 tutoring for any undergraduate A Level students looking to further their working knowledge over purely classroom theories. Or even athletes looking to better understand their own bodies and how they can take better preventative care to improve their performance, recovery & reduce liklihood of injuries.

After teacher training I spent a year on supply working at various schools on short and long term placements in a variety of subjects. During one placement at a pupil referral unit I was offered a full time position and worked here for 1 year with students with behavioural difficulties and special needs. I then moved to Frederick Gough school in scunthorpe again to fill a position as a teacher of ICT I am now in my 9th year of teaching. After 2 years I secured a position as a head of year and have worked with all age groups from 7 to 11 in this time providing pastoral care and coordinating the learning over over 270 students. I Have just completed my NPQSL (National professional qualification for senior leaders) and hope to make the step to assistant head in the very near future. My relationship and rapport with all students is excellent and I am to help them achieve their best, whatever that may be.

Hey I'm Bex.
I started my journey at the age of six, competing for GB in sports acrobatics. I then transferred I to the world of circus and performing arts after gaining a BA specialising on handstands. I have always had a passion for fitness and pushing myself so started personal training as well as performing. I understand that every person has individual goals and reasons for wanting a personal trainer and feel that I use my background to create unique and individual sessions for my clients.
