As a secondary school teacher, I know and anticipate the needs of my pupils and endeavour to make sure that their needs are met effectively and efficiently. Part of my role is to bridge the gaps in knowledge to ensure that students are making progress and to push them to go from borderline grade 3 to 4 and similarly from borderline grade 6 to 7. I effectively plan strategies based on the individual needs of my pupils and work closely with them and the parents to achieve desired results. |
