I have several years of experience in childcare and teaching. I am passionate about helping children to build their knowledge and skills and ensure they have a love of learning. My teaching is adapted to suit age, starting ability, interests and personal goals. Learning in a classroom sometimes has to follow certain rules. Outside of the classroom, learning shouldn't have any boundaries. A firm staple of my tuition and teaching is that learning must be fun and enjoyable, as that's the only way it becomes memorable. I include personal skills in all of my lessons to build confidence and resilience - these are the root of all motivation. Above all, learning should be an ongoing journey. I aim to encourage children to be enthusiastic about personalising their education journey, which will make them successful learners for life. |
