I am a University of Leicester graduate with a 2:1 in BSc in Mathematics and Actuarial Science with a Year in Industry. I have completed my GCSE's and CIE AS and A Levels where Maths was one of my subjects. I have had experience in tutoring a GCSE, 2 overseas IGCSE students and an overseas A Levels student in CIE A Level Maths. All 4 students have achieved excellent results in their respective exams. I have also had the chance to help my siblings, who are aged 13, 16 and 18, in Maths. I have helped them with homework concepts, personal practice doubts and I have taught them specific topics that they required help with. I am available for students who would like help with Maths whether it be for concepts that may not be clear from this year or preparation for GCSE/IGCSE exams. My strategy for teaching is practice as it is highly important after you learn the concepts to give time to ensuring that you know how to apply the knowledge you have gained. The first lesson that you book will be free and will be a time where we discuss and find out what exactly you would like for me to help the students with. On an ongoing basis, I will ensure that my tutoring is tailored to their needs and requirements. I am unable to travel but am happy to provide my services online. |
