I am a native German Tutor with a long teaching experience and obtained my teaching qualification in Germany. I have gained 15 years of teaching German (6. 5 years in the UK) now and have been teaching in companies, at the MoD, adult education centres, colleges, secondary schools, language schools, as well as a private Tutor. I have experience in teaching different levels and different age groups. I also have been preparing students for international exams as well as for their GCSE and A-level exams. At the moment I am working as a self-employed German Language Teacher for different agencies in companies and as a private Tutor. I am passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and have a very creative teaching style. I support my lessons by using role plays, different media work (videos, articles from the internet, German magazines, games,etc.) to make my lessons interesting. My lessons are always tailored to the students needs and their personalities. I maintain my language skills and awareness of current affairs through regular interaction with family and friends in Germany (both over the phone and face to face) as well as by using different media (internet, TV, magazines, etc.) |
