Skills • I am able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, by showing interest, carefully listening to needs and appropriately adjusting my message, as demonstrated during my time at White Arches Caravans and Greggs. • Strong presentation skills and confidence demonstrated by experience of delivering specific presentations to groups of 10 to 20 people as part of my English degree. • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and calmly deal with any problems as shown during my retail experience in high pressure environments. • Capacity to maintain professional relationships through email and other written mediums. • During my time at Camp Kweebec I demonstrated excellent teamwork skills in an intense environment where I lived with and looked after a group of 10 kids with another councillor for 24 hours a day. • My communication and my ability to work with others had to be immaculate to ensure the safety of the children during their activities. • Excellent ability to plan ahead and manage time effectively, which led to me never missing an assignment submission at university. • I also gathered data from a wide range of sources during my dissertation whilst balancing my other studies and a job. • I have travelled to America and parts of Europe including the Netherlands and Budapest on my own for either work opportunities or for recreation. • I love experiencing new cultures and am perfectly happy to move or to travel for employment. |
