She enjoys teaching others how to play the wide range of brass instruments that can be found in orchestras, brass bands and marching bands. Currently she plays for a local brass band as well as playing in a couple of local orchestras when required. Although Allison mainly teaches brass instrumental lessons, she does also offer music theory lessons although she does try to include some music theory as part of her practical lessons. At present Allison has a 100% pass rate on all practical exams that her students have taken. Although Allison is happy to help students with music examinations she is also happy to offer lessons to those who just want to learn for fun. |
