I’m a passionate and experienced science and Maths teacher with over 15 years of teaching Maths and Science at KS3 and Science GCSE. I have been a secondary school teacher for 25 years and prior to this have taught in Surrey and North London. I also have experience of examining for the major examination boards at both GCSE and A Level.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialization in Mathematics, I have been an integral part of the Maths Department in a Secondary school. I took Maths (grade A*) and Further Maths (grade A) for my A levels along with Biology (grade A) and Chemistry (grade A*) despite my degree not requiring maths A level at all. I just really like maths! I received A*s in all of my GCSEs so I know what it takes and as I am still studying myself I can empathise with students at school.
