After graduating with an honours degree in Mathematics, Zahra entered the hedge fund world where she studied for CIMA and CFA qualifications. During that time she also taught on a voluntary basis, before deciding to pursue teaching full time. She is a supportive and friendly teacher, who has taught GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics for over 10 years.
As well as teaching maths, Zahra is also responsible for the delivery of the Medical Programme designed for students applying for medicine, dentistry or veterinary science and specialises in training students for the UKCAT and BMAT exams.

I usually visit students in their homes, but also do lessons via Whatsapp (which works great as we can have phone and laptop open at the same time and send documents). During the Corona-virus shutdown, all lessons will be done via Whatsapp with payment via bank transfer please.

I have 2 years of experience in tutoring GCSE maths, chemistry, biology, physics and geography and have obtained grade 9 in all of these subjects. I am very familiar with the new grade 9-1 exams as I have sat these myself. I have also worked at A-level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Maths at an A* level.
As an older graduate entering the teaching profession, my recent international teaching and work experience resulted in a “eureka” moment for me.
