Hello, I'm Robert S. - Lead tutor at PGT. I am a highly experienced Geography teacher and tutor with over 15 years of teaching. I have marked for UK exam boards and worked in prestigious private schools in the London area. I read Geography at Loughborough University and completed my PGCE at the University of Bath, further enhancing my teaching skills. My approach is centered around the students, adapting to their individual learning styles. My aim is to ignite curiosity and critical thinking while equipping them with the tools for exam success. Over the years, I have achieved an excellent track record of maximizing exam performance through one-to-one sessions that focus on exam techniques. Hello - Geography is my passion and I have been on a mission throughout my career to instill that passion and enthusiasm with the students I have taught.
I have a wide and deep experience of teaching secondary Geography and am vastly experienced in consultancy and advisory work on teaching and learning generally. An Oxford graduate in Geography and former Head of Department and school leader, I have also developed expertise in online tutoring over these recent unprecedented times. The results I have achieved with students and the impact made on their learning have been outstanding and many of my former students have gone onto read Geography at university and many have also become teachers themselves. I currently still teach and combine this with my indepedent advisory and consultancy work. Fieldwork has been a particualr enthusiasm of mine and I have taken students to destinations all over the UK, Europe, China and Kenya.

Hello, my name is Sarah. I am currently Head of Geography at an outstanding school and have over 10 years experience of teaching geography at secondary school level. I currently teach AQA Geography at GCSE level and Edexcel A-Level but have experience of teaching a variety of exam board specifications as well as having been an AQA examiner (KS4).
I started my teaching career back in 2017. Since then I have taught kids from all standards. I have experience in teaching all the subjects and my students mostly enjoy learning Maths, English, Science, Biology, Geography, History and Chemistry from me. I am well known for my unique teaching techniques that help the student to learn more efficiently and easily.
My After getting my BSc degree I also worked as a Research Consultant at CEGIS (an organization under the Ministry of Water Resources of Bangladesh) for a year. teaching approach is mainly based on experimental learning. I try to demonstrate a topic with real-life examples and practical teaching. My teaching technique is eccentric because I attempt to see through a student's lens while teaching a specific topic and also try to describe in the way I learned that topic back in my student life.
