We have a dedicated covid secure classroom. We have an extremely comprehensive equipment store to cover all the experiments for GCSE and A level Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). This enables the students to take part in experiments which enhances their learning.
Since the lockdown, our response was to transition, virtually overnight, our teaching online. The tutor’s hands became the student’s hands and the cameras their eyes, the microphone and speakers became their voice and ears. With the power of a broadcast switcher, the student did not have one view but many, depending on what was needed. In addition, we decided to live stream tutorials on YouTube going through GCSE and A level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, topic by topic, week by week utilising all our equipment for experiments. This was to develop a resource for all not just our own students.

Who am I? My name is Devinder and I'm a friendly, encouraging, online tutor. I absolutely love teaching and I hope you will be interested in the academic services I have to offer. Learners can expect to have their knowledge gaps identified and appropriate resources selected to help them close those specific gaps, in a caring yet challenging manner. Tuition is not a side hustle for me, it's my main vocation. Not only does that mean more attention for your child but also availability during daytime through school holidays or if you are based overseas. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR LESSONS With +10,000 hours teaching experience, you can expect a lot. Firstly, there is a free consultation and a free initial lesson so that you both check whether you like what I can offer. All lessons are prepared in advance to make the best use of tuition time. Curriculum-aligned material is taught, learners’ understanding is checked systematically, misconceptions identified accurately and clear and direct feedback is provided. In doing so, knowledge gaps are identified and content repeated to plug gaps where appropriate and embed learning. Common errors are shared to help student prevent making them in their practice and in their exams. I use a collaborative, interactive, online whiteboard which is free and simple for my students to use: no holding aloft shaky notepads aimed at the webcam. This allows me to watch and check students' understanding in real time. Using the `I Do, You Do, We Do` model, students are told what they need to know and how to do it, then we work on a task together to help student become more confident with new learning and finally student individually uses what they have been shown to demonstrate proficiency using practice questions or repeating back to me what they have learned. As an older graduate entering the teaching profession, my recent international teaching and work experience resulted in a “eureka” moment for me. Not only have I enjoyed teaching and working with children, but I have really felt a sense of importance with the improvements and progress I have been involved in. I am Suk, I have done my engineering in Electrical and worked for few years in co-corporate as an Electrical and Computer science engineer and then decided to pick tutorship as this has always been my first inclination, although I am doing tutoring for last 10 years in the form of knowledge sharing, learning and development etc., and gained substantial proportion of experience in this perimeter. I think my biggest strength as a tutor is that I by my self was always an average student during by school and college days which enabled me to understand the nerve of the student and allowed me to explain any topic, subject to the most simplified module because I see myself in every student I teach and I know how difficult and frustrating it is sometimes when we struggle to understand a topic.
I believe a good teacher should be able to enunciate to the most simplified way.
Currently I am doing GCSE, A level, 11+ tutoring for Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for all major board AQA, OCR and Edexcel etc.
I offer bespoke tutoring assistance, helping students not only to pass exams and significantly improving their confidence and their academic grades. I'm specialized in core subjects Math’s, Triple Science exam preparation to ensure success at KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, GCSE and A-Level classroom tests and exams.
I do both online and F2F, I use Zoom, Teams for co-coordinating the sessions and use MS Whiteboard for scribble and demonstrating the subject, which is currently the most advance and simple demonstrating online platform for teachers.
I provide my own handmade notes and home assignment after every class.
