I have experience of working with students with SEN; dyslexia, ADHD and ASD. I will help you to learn through application of law to real case studies, as opposed to "throwing a load of information" at you. This is not engaging for you as there is no element of thought for you to be a sponge. i will encourage you to think for yourself and anticipate what the next steps are. I have found online sessions to be the best form of teaching as they are that little bit more interactive, I like to follow students own course outlines, working towards any upcoming assessments or seminars which need to be prepared for. I have a patient, nurturing but firm approach. I am fun, approachable and down to earth. I am a final (5th) year veterinary student at the University of Liverpool and hence I am very aware of how important grades are and the opportunities that good grades can afford you.
I took Maths (grade A*) and Further Maths (grade A) for my A levels along with Biology (grade A) and Chemistry (grade A*) despite my degree not requiring maths A level at all. I just really like maths! I received A*s in all of my GCSEs so I know what it takes and as I am still studying myself I can empathise with students at school.
I have had experience in tutoring children from pre-school age to GCSE age with good results. I have been priviledged enough to learn from my father who has been teaching mathematics to the highest level at secondary school for over 30years and has an excellent reputation.
