My name is Dina G., a highly experienced and qualified teacher. I have nearly 10 years of teaching/tutoring experience combined. I have an excellent record of pupils who get top exam results. Most of my pupils had gone on to the universities/colleges of their choice and continued to do well, confident that they are capable of doing great. I have also helped pupils who have dyslexia get great results in their exams. My pupils consider me their mentor who always got their back. I encourage them to be confident in tackling on challenging Maths questions and not afraid to make mistakes as that’s part of the great learning process. I endeavour to make my pupils’ lessons fun and engaging as that is how I get the best from them. I have a degree in Mathematical Studies with honours (BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Studies), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary Maths and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Beeston Fields Primary School
School, Learning Centre
|
Beeston Fields Primary school was originally built in 1931 and began as two schools, an Infant and Junior. These amalgamated in April 2001 to form the new school of Beeston Fields Primary and Nursery School and in September 2015 we became an academy joining the Flying High Trust Partnership.
We have a purpose built Foundation Stage Unit where both F1 and F2 children play and learn. Main school has two classes per year group, each classroom is well resourced and include interactive whiteboards to engage the children in their learning. Our period building has many small areas to allow 1:2:1 and small group activities to take place away from the distractions of the main classroom; each Key Stage has a 'hub' with resources appropriate to their age ranges.
Our two halls provide us space for our assemblies, physical education, dining, clubs, performances and other community events. Our bright school library provides an attractive space for the children to foster a love of books and reading. We are pleased that with regular investment we are able to provide lots of engaging and interesting books.
We are also very fortunate with our outdoor space. We have a large astroturf pitch which allows for all year round use as well as a playground and trim trail with grassed area. The Foundation Stage has its own outdoor space allowing our younger children; a quieter place to play and learn. We are pleased to be part of the local community by running an allotment which gives our children opportunities to learn about growing plants and vegetables.

I do lessons online (skype, zoom and messenger) and face to face lesson only at my home if students live up to 20 miles. Biology, chemistry, physics and maths are my favourite subjects that I have been teaching and tutoring since 1990. Also I am a part time lecturer and researcher for genetics at the university since 2009 till present time. I am very eager to tutor as teaching is a great job. Maths is my tool to teach and use in the three sciences as it will help students succeed more. I teach first few 15 minutes or twenty minutes explaining the ideas then the rest of the hour I work with the students on practicing how to answer different type of questions regarding the ideas we have went over. It is not an hour or two to write only notes but to work with the students to be practical using the ideas in questions, how to apply them and why to learn about them. lesson should be interesting to attract students to love to learn and enjoy studying with me as well to leave the tutoring hour feeling there was a gain of knowledge, practice techniques to answer the questions and no need to go home and revise again and mostly to gain confidence. Аll this to be done from September not two weeks to exams.

We pride ourselves with teaching children the most efficient ways of learning and boosting their confidence in their school work. We tailor our teachers according to their subject specialism so that they can teach our students with the best knowledge possible. I am a polite, patient and friendly DBS-certified University lecturer, with a passion for teaching. Being lecturer means I not only have all the academic understanding and knowledge required to be a fantastic and thorough tutor, but I can also sympathise with my tutees about the quirks and difficulties of educational mathematics and tailor the experience to make sure they reach their full potential. I will also motivate my tutees in their study of mathematics and demonstrate how it is both a beautiful subject in its own right and an invaluable tool in the real world. The courses I offer tuition in are: - A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Outside of my teaching, I enjoy cycling, playing badminton and cooking. In addition to providing tuition in Loughborough, I offer home tutoring in areas within 5 miles of Loughborough (at a marginally higher cost). I also offer Online Tuition; however, I highly recommend having lessons face-to-face (once we are out of lockdown). In the interest of maintaining high-quality tuition, I much prefer to not have every lesson online, but instead using my online services as a method of continuity. I believe (and have witnessed!) that everybody learns differently, and effective teaching comes from incorporating these differences; so, I will provide an environment for learning that is completely malleable to my tutees` needs. Fundamentally though, mathematics requires both an understanding of a topic and sufficient practice, so each session will split the time between these two. I encourage my tutees to steer each session towards their needs (and interests) - for example, particular difficulties with one topic or more detailed explanations and applications of another - which will not only ensure that they maximise the efficiency of their learning but also will build their own confidence in their abilities.

Hi all,
My name is Sam W. and I am a mathematics teacher from Nottingham, UK.
July 2017 I have been tutoring online part-time and have now moved to full-time tutoring through zoom platforms, 5 days a week. I enjoy working with students (children/adults) that have a passion for mathematics or who struggle with the www.*** ;
I have experience working in both primary and secondary mainstream settings, whilst currently working part time also, in an alternative provision for students with special needs. I deliver both 30 minute & 50 minute lessons, reaching students across the UK and as far as eastern asia.
I would be more then happy to offer a free trial session, so that I can get to know the student and find out exactly what it is they enjoy/struggle www.*** ;
My lessons are fun, interactive and as practical as can be :)
I hope to hear from you soon
Sam
