I am a father to two girls and work for National Express as a Part Qualified Financial Accountant. I have a first class degree in Mathematics and got a grade A in Mathematics and Further Mathematics in College.
After graduating I did a year of tutoring GCSE, A Level and Degree level Mathematics. I was a teaching assistant for half a year before I went into the world of finance. I do love to teach and help others learn and I have always had a love for Maths. I have helped my eldest with her KS2 Sats exams recently and just loved doing it.

I’m 31 years of age. I have a variety of interests including football, video games and Marvel comics and films. For the last 3 winters I took a break from teaching to spend time abroad working the winter ski seasons. Unfortunately I’m still not an expert skier and my snowboarding is rubbish, but I saw some beautiful sights!

About Me: Hi I’ve taught mathematics for over ten years. My approach is patient and measured. I encourage students to ask “good” questions in order to activate critical and analytical thinking skills. I enjoy teaching key stage 1 to key stage 4.
Teaching & Tutoring Experience: I began my teaching career at the university of Birmingham PGCE maths course. It was a two year course and the first year we studied mathematics at university level. I completed my teaching NQT year in North London and went on to complete a further two years in harrow.
