Hi, I'm Sharlene,

As a former stress addict,
who once thought that I was allergic to stress.
I believe that you too can learn how to master your stress.
I know that stress can feel overwhelming, but you can learn how to handle stress with confidence like so many of my clients have.
I'm a life coach who specialises in stress management and I have a diploma in Stress Management from the Stress Management Institute and I also have Qualifications in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy from Coacheroes.
My hobbies include cooking, eating, reading, personal development and art.
My ambition is to start a revolution where everyone will be less impacted by the negative effects of stress and where we will teach our children how to better cope with their stressors so that we can have a better world and even more fulfilling lives.

I am a Reiki Master who gives guidance to people searching for answers in life and who wish to progress. My healing techniques help people to overcome any health, mental or spiritual pain they may be going through.
