Beverley G. is a food writer, author and broadcaster. Beverley has appeared on various TV cookery shows, writes for numerous foodie and family magazines and founder of Beverley G. Cookery School and Splat Cooking Parties.
Beverley's philosophy is to encourage families to cook together, eat together and share together, that way food is family activity and everyone helps to create wholesome, delicious meals: eat, cook, share.
Beverley runs her cookery school from her 18th century water mill in the heart of the Chilterns, 35 minutes from Marylebone where she runs classes for adults and children. Beverley runs adult one-to-one classes and specialist AGA classes too.
I have got over 22 years industry experience in the Hospitality industry and over 6 years teaching experience specialising in GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition and L1/2 Hospitality and Catering. I have also worked as an NVQ assessor for hospitality apprenticeships. Also willing to offer cookery skills workshops or sessions for KS2 pupils.
