Fell In love with cooking at a very young age, my grandfather was a great influence on the man I am today, started my journey as a young 13 year old pot washer in a 2 rosette standard hotel kitchen, studied for 4 years in the local college to earn my NVQ and VRQ Level 3, Got my first head chefs job at 19 years old, currently head chef of that very same establishment after 7 years away learning as much as I could,
