My approach is student centred and based on individual needs. I use a variety of strategies to support the student grasp and then master the concepts of the qualification. The use of retrieval practice helps embed the knowledge into long term memory. Learning only takes places when there is a change in long term memory and the strategies I used aid later retention and identify the gaps in knowledge.
