I completed my PGCE in Mathematics at Goldsmiths University and began working at the award-winning Maths department in The Totteridge Academy. I have experience working with a wide range of students this allows me to provide all students with the scaffolds needed to access GCSE content, including those with SEN needs. My mentoring background makes me uniquely qualified to work with students who lack motivation and require creative ways of engaging with the Maths curriculum. Building confidence through personalised activities and low stakes quizzes are how I have helped many students reach their full potential. I currently support both KS3 and KS4 students, giving me an in-depth understanding of the curriculum and making me extremely familiar with all the leading exam boards. |
