I am a detailed oriented personal and have a strong ability to overcome challenges. I am looking forward to provide solutions by leveraging the power of data. EDUCATION
1) Courses: Applied Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Technologies for Data Science, Statistics for Data Science: I have learnt to collect, represent and analyze large set of data using Python Programming and SQL, learnt computer as the source of artificial intelligence and for problem solving, learnt different statistical tools for analyzing large set of data, and the theory of Probabilities. B. Sc. in Statistics – St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata (2020-2023) Grade: First Class (Honours) Higher Secondary (WBCHSE) – Sakhawat Memorial Govt. Girls’ High School (2018-2020) Score: 96% Secondary (WBCSE) – Sakhawat Memorial Govt. Girls’ High School (2017-2018) Score: 88. 14%
PROJECTS A Review on Targeted Maximum Likelihood Estimation (TMLE) For Average Treatment Effect (ATE) of Binary Treatment for Correctly Specified Model As, a part of my dissertation work in the B. Sc. Course in Statistics, I have worked on this topic, by generating datasets on R software and used Minitab (Statistical Software) for computing different parameters for the study. For estimating the average effect of a cer-tain binary treatment, the targeted maximum likelihood estimation (TMLE) approaches are always preferred more. The TMLE approach is used to improve the probability of the correct model specification by estimation using Efficient Influence Curve (EIC) function, which is one of the semiparametric double robust methods. Under the guidance of a pro-fessor of my college, I have worked on the utility and the real-life circumstances of the TMLE Process, assuming cancer to be a binary treatment. This work helps me to grow up an ability to overcome challenges and to develop my interpersonal analytical skills. TECHNICAL SKILLS SQL: Learned as part of my postgraduate coursework. - R, C, Python Programmings: Learned as a part of general Computer Science course in my undergraduate degree. - HTML, CSS: Learned as a part of general Computer Science course in my undergraduate degree. - Minitab (Statistical Software): Used for different computations for the dissertation work in my undergraduate course in Statistics. - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint: Learned as a part of general Computer course in my higher secondary.
ACHIVEMENTS West Bengal Vigyan Mancha - Mathematics Talent, Geography Talent
SOFT SKILLS I was being a part of the National Service Scheme (NSS) team of our college. As, a part of it, I worked as a project work writer and recorded study material on different topics for a group of blind students. This will help me to develop my interpersonal skills and communication skills outside my studies. - I have worked as an animal rescuer in my locality in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, for about 10 years. I was being a member of the animal rescue and welfare teams “Love and Care” and “Shisha”. This helps me to build resilience, leadership and empathy.
