I studied at The Birmingham School of Music and the Guildhall, London where I graduated in vocal studies and Music Therapy respectively.
I am a qualified teacher and have worked in various schools across the East Midlands both as a teacher and a Music Therapist. I work as an arranger for a number of acapella groups both in the folk and gospel industry.
I perform regularly both in churches and small venues as a multi-instrumentalist, conductor and singer.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught music up to 'A' level and as well as all over the UK I have worked in Romania and West Africa. I regularly teach the compositional element of ABRSM exams to grade 8, where I have a 100% pass rate and have over 25 years experience in special and state schools. I am available to teach online over Skype or Zoom.

Tutoring Approach:

I am passionate about music and endeavour to pass this on to my students. I enjoy and can play a wide variety of music from classical, pop, jazz and gospel. Each of my students is precious and I strive to help them achieve their potential at what ever level.
