My present duties, in the South-West London College (Key Stages 4, 5; 16-19 www.*** ), are: - I deliver lectures; run conversations, perform on-going verification of students' newly acquired knowledge and topic understanding - Prepare materials for the lectures: on-line videos, presentation, reading material, exercises, problems - I do students' register (keep attendance) - I motivate students by showing them their life goal options - I motivate students by showing how interesting the innovation and entrepreneurial business can be, especially in the digital era world - I do EEA sessions - I cover other teachers if needed - I participate in Teacher's meetings - I use MS Teams for communication with students and teachers - I prepare clarification of exam requirements and explain Assignment Briefs - I verify student's assignments and I mark them, I do it in group and individual sessions - I do individual consulting on students' work gaps to bridge (coaching) - I am an invigilator for (mock) exams - I actively do participate in student's assessment www.*** I make notices on students’ behaviour and class attendance on ProMonitor IT system; I report these to Business management teams/ Head - Constant contact with Business team Managers on all these above - I am an IV (Internal Verifier) if needed. |
