I am a fully qualified, CRB/DBS checked secondary school teacher with many years of experience teaching and tutoring maths (up to higher level GCSE) and business studies(to A-level). Most of my teaching has been in independent schools where standards and expectations for achievement are high, and I take great pride in helping students achieve their full potential. I have a patient, friendly approach to tutoring which has been very successful over the years and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for maths and business studies. I currently work in an independent school in Northampton where I am Head of Business Studies. Please note that my rates are negotiable but start from £25 per hour per student for GCSE and £30 an hour for A-level, based on one student coming to my house. If you live within a 15 minute drive of my house my typical rate is £25-£30 (GSSE) or £30-35 (A-Level) if I travel to you .However, if there are 2 or more students the rate per student can be reduced (eg I currently tutor two students together and charge £40 for an hour, which equates to £20 per student) |
