I served 13 years in the Royal Navy cooking all over the world and for VIPs and government officials including the Prime Minister. Since leaving the Navy I was Sous Chef at a 2 rosette restaurant before becoming Head Chef at a popular Hertfordshire Restaurant. A great tutor that can work with all ages. I have experience with tutoring people and I am currently an instructor at my local Sea Cadets passing on my knowledge.
