Maths & English tutor specialising in KS2. Can also tutor for Secondary School entrance exams or to extend/challenge more able. Flexible to suit the student's needs. I was a teachfor over 26 years in Primary Schools so fully up to date with the curriculum and standards. I have worked in all the Primary years but my expertise is in KS2. I have worked in challenging schools and taught many children with SEND. I have worked successfully for many years in Y5 & 6 to ensure they are ready for their SATs, so have an in depth knowledge of UKS2 curriculum and requirements. Over the last year, I have taught many overseas students online for both Maths and English, helping them improve their spoken and written English and preparing them for 11+ entrance exams. More recently, I have tutored Home Schooled pupils that have been withdrawn from Mainstream education due to lack of confidence. |
